Organzing events

 I live for creating spaces where people become more alive and deeply connected and I have intiatied and organized at least one large conference, retreat or festival biyearly since my early 20s. I am a passionate member of the swedish burner scene and have been an apprentice to the leading Nordic hosts in the Art of Hosting community.

 
 

Some of the events I have initiated and organized:

  • During the event, we delved into the lessons from cyber philosophy, enormous co-created events, and eros-filled leadership at "Leading at the Edge,". Participants were invited to explore the concepts of future leadership and organization alongside some of the most forward-thinking practitioners, philosophers, and leaders.

  • An experience-based event exploring the potency of polarities in leadership with 20 of Stockholm's top business leaders.

  • I initiated the first three day gathering for 100 women where we explored what it means to be a Women today and how we can support each other to stand in our full power and potential.

  • A 2 day immersive self-organized conference on self-orginization with 25 of the most progressive business leaders and CEOs in Sweden.

  • 1-day leadership trainings for 700 engineering students in 2012, 900 students in 2013 and 2000 students in 2014. Student counsellor quote: “..the most influential training for students during my time at LTH”

  • Yearly event bringing people from the business world and students together to explore personal values and self-leadership.

 
 

About me

My biggest passion is making the world become more alive.

I am the creator of Lifeforce Leadership, an approach that identifies and explores the core dimensions of feminine and masculine leadership, revolutionising network-based and self-organizing organizations. My experience with the potential that lies within fully unleashing the feminine and masculine in a creative dance underlies my approach to business, leadership, and societal development.

Some years ago I was introduced to the work of Lovisa Alsén and had a deep awakening into my body and the feminine. This work has profoundly impacted me as a leader and women, and unlocked crucials keys for succeeding with new paradigm initiatives.

The past ten years I have lived and breathed decentralized networks and communities. I am a pioneer in self-organzing initiatives with 10 years of combined C-level leadership and strategy consulting experience, including leading the marketing and tech team of an e-commerce with presence in 24 markets and 1 billion sek in revenue. My professional experiences also include founding two NGO’s, facilitating leadership trainings for thousands of leaders, organising several large participatory events and building Sweden's feminine leadership movement.
