Organzing events

 I live for creating spaces where people become more alive and deeply connected and I have intiatied and organized at least one large conference, retreat or festival biyearly since my early 20s. I am a passionate member of the swedish burner scene and have been an apprentice to the leading Nordic hosts in the Art of Hosting community.

 
 

Some of the events I have initiated and organized:

  • An experience-based event exploring the potency of polarities in leadership with 20 of Stockholm's top business leaders.

  • I initiated the first three day gathering for 100 women where we explored what it means to be a Women today and how we can support each other to stand in our full power and potential.

  • A 2 day immersive self-organized conference on self-orginization with 25 of the most progressive business leaders and CEOs in Sweden.

  • 1-day leadership trainings for 700 engineering students in 2012, 900 students in 2013 and 2000 students in 2014. Student counsellor quote: “..the most influential training for students during my time at LTH”

  • Yearly event bringing people from the business world and students together to explore personal values and self-leadership.

 
 

About me

I am passionate about making the world become more alive.

The past ten years I have lived and breathed decentralized initiatives, networks and communities. My professional experiences range from founding two NGO’s, consulting within agile strategy and governance, facilitating leadership training, organising several large participatory events, building Sweden's feminine leadership movement and leading the marketing and tech team at one of Sweden's largest ecommerce groups. 

Some years ago I was introduced to the work of Lovisa Alsen and had a deep awakening into my body and the feminine. This work has profoundly impacted me as a leader and women, and unlocked crucials keys for succeeding with new paradigm initiatives. The past years I have been a passionate student of Lovisas and other mystics work, practiced feminine leadership in the management team of a large agile organization as well as, together with Lovisa created a practice community for female leaders - where we also have brought in men to explore the polarities.  

My experience of progressive, decentralized organizing combined with my experience of the potential that lies within fully unleashing the feminine and masculine in a creative dance underlies my approach to business and leadership. I coach and consult leaders within agile project leadership, excelling in their role as founders and entrepreneurs, how to attract people and resources in the attention economy of the network age as well as masculine and feminine leadership.
